Rigging / Skinning of my Characters

I rigged and skinned two of my characters I've created to learn the procedure of it. I used mgear for maya to create the full body rig with controller and I might also start getting into animation as soon as I got the time for it but I already uploaded a simple Idle Animation for my Pirate Character in my other project.
